SUN AND HEAVEN

As we were flying to the Turks and Caicos Islands for a scuba diving trip with friends, I was staring out of the airplane window watching the day dawn. I grabbed my camera and took hundreds of shots trying to capture every nuance of the magnificent display. The light, the water, the clouds and reflections joined the moisture on the windows to present otherworldly site. What I have painted is not exactly what my eyes saw, but rather the feeling of the expanding of my understanding of what I was seeing and not quite seeing.

In March 2011, our Transformation School of Supernatural Ministry class joined Randy Clark's Global Awakening team in Brazil for a mission trip. In Sao Paulo, Jack Taylor talked about how his prayer vision had expanded from local to nationwide and then globally. He shared that he had, since then, come to realize that when we prayed the Lord's prayer, "Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Your Name, Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven" we are praying for the heavens and the earth; we are praying cosmically. The minute he said, "Praying cosmically," these two paintings, Heaven and Flight  burst into sight and I new that the expanding I sensed and wanted to capture was more about seeing from God's unlimited perspective.

Father, I continue to ask for you to expand the capacity of my mind, heart, soul and strength to receive more of Your "Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation that I may know you better."
