LION LOOKING UP

"The Son can do nothing of Himself; He can do only what He sees the Father doing, because whatever the Father does, the Son also does." John 5:19

The Lion of the tribe of Judah of the house of David has triumphed. The Lion of Judah is the representation of triumphant, Jesus. My spirit has been continually consumed by the image of the Son's eyes beholding His Father. "In the beginning God, Elohim, created." When we read the first line in Genesis, the stage is set. The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are together as One. I find it impossible to fathom the height, width, and depth of His love. The One, who has always been as One, created a plan to save the ones they would create in Their image. God's plan provided for God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit to be willingly ripped apart. Only a revelation of creative wisdom can give a moment's understanding to the fullness of the sacrifice of being separated from the One. This strategy released the Son from Heaven's embrace to come live and die among those He would save, knowing how fully we would each require the fullness of His sacrifice.

When I was painting each of these, I watched the focus of the Son, His eyes fixed only on the Father. The intensity of His gaze was not affected by the releasing from Heaven through the Son of His reign and all of heaven's storehouses of treasure. The Son bought our right to come as son's before the Father and to walk with the Son's power and authority on earth. He purchased and redeemed our birthright, our identity and all that we would ever need. We are heaven's ambassadors and have more than enough to fulfill our original assignment; to subdue the earth.

I am fixing my eyes on heaven so that I am able to co-labor in the "whatever you loose on earth will have been loosed in heaven and whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven" mandate.
